The Dreampod Ice Bath is crafted using the best quality fiberglass, plastics, and hand polished for the shiniest of finishes. It is equipped with a double hull GRP base with foam insulation for better cold retention, as well as an anti-slip floor. 

It is 1600 mm long (over 5 ft.) and allows for even the tallest of people to enjoy the benefits of cold therapy.

Why is cold immersion so good for you?

Cold water immersion constricts the body’s blood vessels and aids in flushing toxins from the body. It also has immense benefits in the reduction of inflammation and swelling throughout the body. After exiting the Ice Bath your body naturally begins to heat itself back up and the blood vessels that were constricted now expand to allow blood flow. This constriction and expansion of the blood vessels can have a lasting effect on blood pressure, overall circulation, and health throughout the body.

What size room do I need for my bath/barrel?
We recommend using a room at least 3000 mm x 2000 mm (10 ft. x 6 1⁄2 ft.). This is ideal for the standard bath. The barrel can fit in a smaller space if needed. Both can
fit through any standard doorway

What is the size of the chiller unit?
The chiller unit can be placed fairly close to the pod. We would recommend some space around the chiller. This is to provide space for the radiator in the chiller unit to dissipate heat from the water.

How does the chiller connect to my bath/barrel?
The chiller unit is connected to the bath/barrel via 2 hoses. This would bring water away from the pod, through the filter, UV and chiller unit, and then sent back into the pod.

How do I drain my bath/barrel?
There is a spring loaded floor drain at the floor of the bath/barrel. This is connected to a length of draining tube, which you can use to direct the water from the pod down your nearest drainage.

How long is the draining tube?
The draining rube is about 3 meters long, and you can connect/link it to another hose to extend the draining range. The draining tube is similar to that of a washing machine, and it is gravity driven, allowing it to be drained anywhere, as long as the drainage point is at a lower level than the barrel.

How often should I drain and refill my bath/barrel?
We recommend that you drain and refill the Ice Barrel at least once per month. In between the water change, you will want to ensure that you maintain and test the water's pH levels and add chemical sanitizers to ensure that the water is kept clean and hygenic over the month. UV alone is not sufficient in keeping fresh water clean. You need it to be working in conjunction with a chemical sanitizer (chlorine or H2O2) with the filter to ensure it's clean.

How often do I need to change the filters?
Filters should be changed once per month to ensure that the chillers can work in their most optimal condition.

With a standard freight shipment, a 24-foot freight truck will arrive at your designated location, whether it's your home or facility, at a prearranged time to drop off your item.

Shipping Methods

For small items, we utilize reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. However, large or heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL Trucking. Please ensure your presence to receive and sign for the delivery, as failure to do so may result in re-delivery fees.

With freight shipping, items will be delivered to the curbside of your property and lowered off the truck using a liftgate.

All curbside deliveries require a scheduled appointment and a signature at the drop-off time. Once your shipment arrives at your local freight terminal, the freight company will contact you to set a delivery appointment.


We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you observe any damage, it is imperative to note it when signing for the delivery.

In the unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please document the damages with photos or videos of the item and its packaging, then forward them to We will promptly address the situation, offering a full refund, replacement parts, or an entirely new unit, depending on the circumstances.

Storage & Fees

When placing an order, we assume that you are prepared to accept the delivery upon its arrival. If you require your order to be delivered on or after a specific date, kindly inform us as soon as possible.

In instances where your order ships, but you are unable to receive the product, the freight company responsible for shipping retains the right to return the merchandise to the manufacturer and/or charge additional storage fees. Typically, most freight companies will not store your item at their facility for more than 3-5 business days.

Should your order be returned to the manufacturer by the freight company, you will be responsible for initial and return shipping fees, and you may be subject to a restocking fee for the product.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

Tyent Water Ionizers Return Policy
When you purchase a Tyent Water Ionizer from Carbon Wellness, you can enjoy a full 75 days to experience the incredible benefits from the ionized alkaline water that Tyent ionizer machines produce. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus shipping and an industry-standard 15% restocking fee (calculated from the total purchase price).

Please note: The 75-day trial applies to first-time Tyent buyers that make a retail purchase in North America only (including the US, Canada, and Mexico), and does not apply to wholesale purchases or trade-in/upgrade purchases/promotions.

Summit to Sea Return Policy
If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 15 days from delivery simply contact us and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.

A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea.

Penguin Chillers Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When returning a product for a refund, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers.

We offer a 6 Month Return Policy on the QRS PEMF System. If you wish to return the QRS System because you are not getting results from the device, we request that you must first have a phone call with our QRS rep Daniel Bader so that he can properly diagnose your situation and guide you through using the device correctly for your needs. Should you wish to return the QRS System, we charge a 15% restocking fee and the customer pays for shipping (typically around $50).

Body Balance System
For health and safety reasons, our Red Light Therapy devices and products cannot be returned. Orders are not eligible for exchange or substitution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Schiller Bikes
All orders are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns. Furthermore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Ice Barrel
If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost. You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted. Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns.
