How to order and pay

To place an order for a red light therapy bed it is a slightly different process to our other products due to their higher price range.

You can order in two ways:

Contacting us and requesting an invoice

This is the way most customers choose to order. You simply call, email, or live chat us and request an invoice for the specific red-light bed you want to order. We will ask for the delivery and billing address, then send it via email. This will include our banking information where you can either pay by wire or ACH payment.

Ordering through the online store

Alternatively, if you would prefer not to speak to anyone you can order through our online store. Simply press the add to cart button and follow the steps at the checkout. When you click pay YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED, this is simply a card authorization however once we receive the order we will send you a traditional invoice via email and cancel the card authorization (we do not store card details).

The reason we cannot accept credit/debit card payment for red light therapy bed orders is because there is a high risk of fraud. As a small business fraud artists try to target us by ordering with a credit card then telling their card company that we did not deliver the product, this results in a charge back so they receive the product as well as the original payment. Which would destroy our business. This is why we can only accept wire or ACH payment. For all our other products we accept credit / debit cards.

Budget friendly options

We sell the Prism Light Pad which is a very effective option. By buying two of these you can get similar results in your business to buying the complete bed.

With the light pads you can only do 2 sessions an hour because they are less powerful. This is when you have two pads on top of each other.

The downside is they are less attractive to customers in your marketing efforts, but is still a great option and lots of medical spa owners choose this option.
