Free Standard Freight Deliveries


We're pleased to offer you complimentary standard freight deliveries.


Delivery Process


With a standard freight shipment, a 24-foot freight truck will arrive at your designated location, whether it's your home or facility, at a prearranged time to drop off your item. 


If your facility has a loading dock, please mention this in the shipping notes during checkout. The truck driver will conveniently pull up to the dock to unload the shipment without the need for a lift gate.

Please note that the shipping timeline varies depending on the brand, as different warehouses fulfill orders across the United States of America. The estimated delivery time provided for each product is as precise as possible without specifying a guaranteed date.

Order Confirmation


Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. This email signifies that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.


As soon as we receive your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability for immediate shipment. 


Should your item be on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. However, if your item(s) are ready for immediate shipment (typically within five business days), we will process the charges and expedite your order for shipment.


Order Shipment


If your order is in stock and the payment has been processed, it will leave the warehouse within five business days from the date of your order. 


Anticipate your items to arrive within 5 to 7 business days after departing from the warehouse.


If tracking information is available we will email it to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you haven't received tracking details within six business days of placing your order, please follow up with us at info@reviverecharge.com.


Shipping Methods


For small items, we utilize reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. However, large or heavy items will be shipped via freight LTL Trucking. Please ensure your presence to receive and sign for the delivery, as failure to do so may result in re-delivery fees.


With freight shipping, items will be delivered to the curbside of your property and lowered off the truck using a liftgate.


All curbside deliveries require a scheduled appointment and a signature at the drop-off time. Once your shipment arrives at your local freight terminal, the freight company will contact you to set a delivery appointment.


Damages


We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you observe any damage, it is imperative to note it when signing for the delivery.


In the unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please document the damages with photos or videos of the item and its packaging, then forward them to info@reviverecharge.com. We will promptly address the situation, offering a full refund, replacement parts, or an entirely new unit, depending on the circumstances.


Storage & Fees


When placing an order, we assume that you are prepared to accept the delivery upon its arrival. If you require your order to be delivered on or after a specific date, kindly inform us as soon as possible.


In instances where your order ships, but you are unable to receive the product, the freight company responsible for shipping retains the right to return the merchandise to the manufacturer and/or charge additional storage fees. Typically, most freight companies will not store your item at their facility for more than 3-5 business days.


Should your order be returned to the manufacturer by the freight company, you will be responsible for initial and return shipping fees, and you may be subject to a restocking fee for the product.


If the shipping company chooses to hold the item and charge you storage, retaining, or additional shipping fees, by proceeding with your order, you agree to cover these fees.
