Product Quality Assurance


At Revive Recharge, we are committed to ensuring the impeccable quality of our products for every customer. Our dedication to quality is unwavering.


In the unfortunate event that your purchase sustains damage during transit, rest assured, we've got you covered. We will promptly initiate a claim on your behalf and, without any additional cost to you, either provide a replacement for your item or issue a full refund.


Similarly, if you encounter any issues with your product after assembly and initial use due to a fault or malfunction, don't worry. All items you purchase from us come with a manufacturer's warranty, granting you the ability to request necessary product labor, replacement parts, or, if the situation warrants it, a complete replacement.


30-Day General Returns Policy


For returns resulting from buyer's remorse, we understand that each situation is unique. To be eligible for a return:


Initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.

Ensure the item is in its original packaging, completely unused, and in brand new condition.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Please be aware that certain items that are custom-made products, fall under our final sales category. Regrettably, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please be aware if your return goes missing during delivery to our warehouse we are not liable.

OMI (Oxford Medical Instruments) Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

Tyent Water Ionizers Return Policy
When you purchase a Tyent Water Ionizer from Carbon Wellness, you can enjoy a full 75 days to experience the incredible benefits from the ionized alkaline water that Tyent ionizer machines produce. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus shipping and an industry-standard 15% restocking fee (calculated from the total purchase price).

Please note: The 75-day trial applies to first-time Tyent buyers that make a retail purchase in North America only (including the US, Canada, and Mexico), and does not apply to wholesale purchases or trade-in/upgrade purchases/promotions.

Summit to Sea Return Policy
If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 15 days from delivery simply contact us and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.

A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea.

Penguin Chillers Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When returning a product for a refund, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers.

QRS
We offer a 6 Month Return Policy on the QRS PEMF System. If you wish to return the QRS System because you are not getting results from the device, we request that you must first have a phone call with our QRS rep Daniel Bader so that he can properly diagnose your situation and guide you through using the device correctly for your needs. Should you wish to return the QRS System, we charge a 15% restocking fee and the customer pays for shipping (typically around $50).

Body Balance System
For health and safety reasons, our Red Light Therapy devices and products cannot be returned. Orders are not eligible for exchange or substitution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Schiller Bikes
All orders are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns. Furthermore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Ice Barrel
If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost. You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product needs to be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original condition and packaging it will NOT be accepted. Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns. If accessories or wears arrive damaged please contact returns@icebarrel.com. Any and all modifications to any products not authorized in writing by Ice Barrel Inc. are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties. We do not accept any international returns for our products.


Return Procedure


To initiate a return, kindly send an email to info@reviverecharge.com including the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Delivery
  • Reason for Return

Once we verify that your item meets our return criteria, we will provide you with a shipping quote for the return shipping costs, which you are responsible for covering. Subsequently, we will furnish you with a return label, and it will be your responsibility to prepare the item for shipment. After a thorough inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund using your original payment method.


Please note that if the returned item is incomplete or not in brand new condition, Revive Recharge retains the right to issue partial credit, as determined by the manufacturer's discretion.


Damages


To ensure your satisfaction, we strongly advise being present during the delivery and conducting a thorough examination of the package.


In the event of damage or missing parcels, it is imperative that you make note of it when signing the BOL (for freight deliveries) or report the issue to the ground shipping carrier within seven days of delivery.


Additionally, we request that you document the damages by taking photos and videos, which should be sent to us at info@reviverecharge.com.


Rest assured that we will promptly process a claim with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
